• Payments made for consulting, property visits, documentation assistance, or other professional services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered.
• In case of cancellation before service initiation, a refund may be issued within 24 hours of payment, subject to approval.

Any amount paid to reserve or book a property is generally non-refundable, unless:

• The property becomes unavailable due to an error or issue on our end.
• The seller or developer cancels the agreement unilaterally.

• Advance payments for upcoming services (e.g., legal support, marketing packages, etc.) may be eligible for a refund if canceled within 24 hours and before work has begun.
• After that, refunds will be subject to deductions for any administrative or processing charges.

• Anand Aroham is not responsible for refunds on payments made directly to third parties (such as builders, landlords, or sellers).
• Clients are encouraged to request and verify receipts and policies from third parties before making payments.

• If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment or an alternate method as agreed.

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Processing fees, taxes, or government duties
• Brokerage fees after property closure or agreement signing
• Any completed service or consultation
